SAP Business ByDesign is licensed through annual subscription fees, calculated on a named-user basis, and invoiced quarterly. Our go-live services are priced separately and vary by project scope. Please speak with your SAP representative for more details.

User Categories

Enterprise User

Enterprise users access core functionality across multiple business areas – such as human resources, financial management, and customer relationship management. You must have a minimum of 15 enterprise users to qualify for this pricing.

Team User

Team users are employees who need access to only one business area – such as sales force automation or basic reporting – to do their jobs.

Self-Service User

Self-service users are employees who don't use core functionality, but access self-service functions incidental to their work – such as purchasing, travel and expense, and human resources.

Minimum number of Users is 15 of any Enterprise or Team User Type.
Five of the Enterprise Standard or Team users are covered by a base fee of 1000 euro/month or 1111 USD/month.
